Costco is already selling Halloween decorations and festive treats.
Customers can find everything from giant skeletons to pumpkin-themed goods. Also other Halloween costume stores have started to pop up across the Miami Valley.
I think this is way too early for Halloween things. We are 3 months away. We are still trying to enjoy summer.
